Welcome from the Chair - Debbie Cook

I have been a Foundation Governor at Walsgrave CofE Academy since January 2023 and became Chair of Governors in September 2023. I am also the link governor for Leadership and Management, Inclusion including SEND and EAL, and Early Years.

I am married to Rev Tom, the priest at St Mary’s Church, and we have two children, one attending Walsgrave CofE Academy and the other at Blue Coat School.

My professional background is in primary teaching, and since moving to Coventry two years ago I have enjoyed getting involved in voluntary work at the school, St Mary’s Church and the Diocese of Coventry.
